All daily operations and manufacturing are done in our factory based out of Mumbai with focus on the highest level of work ethics, standards, and quality. ‘Make in India’ initiative is devised to transform India into a global design and manufacturing hub. Make in India, a program launched by our honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi in September 2014, is part of a wider set of nation-building initiatives. In the true spirit of DiamondGarden, we are glad to be a part of such a movement, geared towards granting India a better tomorrow, today.

Under the leadership of our honorable Prime Minister, we have applied for recognition under the ‘Startup India’ in order to access a host of tax benefits, easier compliance, IPR fast-tracking & more. We are proud to announce that DiamondGarden’s disruptive technology for diamonds and gemstones is being considered as a stepping stone towards a cleaner/greener future in the luxury jewellery space.
Labour
Our gifted artisans specialise in handcrafted jewellery, making products that evoke emotions keeping in mind modern aesthetics and comfort. The Indian-ness of DiamondGarden rests in the manufacturing process, where materials pass through the hands of one craftsperson to the other, carrying forward the Indian tradition of hand-crafting and creating pieces that are at once unique. Our workers all have healthcare and work in a clean, well-ventilated facility. They have low working hours and have access to clean drinking water/food at the factory canteen. The wages are at par with top factories around the country since we truly believe in fair wage systems set by ISO standards.

Mining for diamonds causes extreme environmental damage, many times with irreversible consequences. By using only eco friendly and lab made diamonds, we are relieving the pressures that these natural resources place on the Earth. Through our programs, we are able to make a change by providing men, women and children in diamond mining communities the opportunity to separate themselves from the greed over their land, allowing them to thrive and live in peace.
